John and his team are friendly, good humoured and this makes a stressful refurbishment at times quite pleasant. "We are very happy with the service provided by John and his team. We needed to refit our family bathroom and our downstairs loo. And our hot water system was also on its last legs – old, inefficient and with poor hot water pressure. John provided some excellent upfront advice and gave us some options that we hadn’t considered. We received a detailed quotation which was broken down in to the separate jobs. The work started on time, they tidied up every day and the job finished early. The team also did a few other jobs for us and John didn’t charge for some items as they managed to finish early. Overall we are very happy and I would highly recommend. I would not say this firm is a cheap option – but very good value for money. If you want a highly professional service and excellent workmanship then it’s worth paying for."
